My Story
On Tuesday 29th September, we are hosting a Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Where:
Support & Connections
21 Kings Road, Melton Mowbray
When:
10am - 12pm
We all know someone who has benefitted from the support that Macmillan offer, even if we don't know it. Not only do they support patients with cancer, but their families too, and are there every step of the way. They play such an invaluable role in peoples lives and need all of the support we can give them to be able to continue their amazing work.
Macmillan is 98% funded by voluntary donations and with your help they can deliver the vital support people living with cancer need – whoever and wherever they are.
There are currently more than 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK and this number is rising, with someone diagnosed every 75 seconds. But Macmillan is doing whatever it to takes to ensure that everyone gets the best care available.
They work with partners to provide services for people living with cancer at every stage of their cancer experience, including the Macmillan Support Line, award-winning cancer booklets, their Online Community, and Macmillan professionals.
Thank you for your kind donation. It really will make a difference! Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to Macmillan Cancer Support.
