My Story
We're hosting a Coffee Morning at Watford Cycle Hub in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, and we'd love your help.
Cancer has touched nearly all of us here at the Hub. Many of our staff and volunteers have lost someone close to them, so this cause isn't just something we support once a year, it's personal.
On Friday 25 September, we're opening our doors for coffee, cake and good company, because coffee and cycling have always made a good pair. Staff and visitors are baking cakes to sell on the day, with every penny raised going straight to Macmillan.
Macmillan is 98% funded by voluntary donations. There are more than 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK today, with someone newly diagnosed every 75 seconds. Your donation helps fund things like the Macmillan Support Line, their Online Community, and the Macmillan professionals who support people at every stage of their cancer journey.
